Scott was so helpful! His communication is spot on. Cedar Falls Heating & AC installed my new mini split. I had so many hurdles to jump through to prepare for the installation...none of them related to Scott or his team. Once I had the green light, Scott ordered the unit, kept me apprised of the status and came out to install the unit as soon as it arrived. He coordinated with the electrician (JA Electric is also an amazing contractor). Once the electrical was complete, Scott came out to my house that day to walk me through all the nuances of the unit to ensure I understood all the controls and was comfortable throughout all 4 seasons. 100% recommend Scott and his team at Cedar Falls Heating & AC!

I've been a customer of Cedar Falls Heat/AC since 1998. They made my cheap old furnace (old house) last as long as possible. Rob even let us borrow a space heater when our old furnace first started to act up.Then gave us an excellent price on a new furnace. Next they did all the heat and air in my newly built house, making a very efficient modern home. They have also handled my commercial needs when building a new repair shop and upgrading an old system in a 20,000 square foot downtown building. When it comes to repairs and warranty, you couldn't ask for more. Emergency service calls in under an hour, and stretching every last bit out of manufacturers warranty. They care about your heat and AC just as much as you do, sometimes even more!

I installed a Geothermal Heating/Cooling System in 2010 in my new home. Over the 10 years, that I owned it, it has had a few problems. Every single time, they have been professional, prompt, and exceeded my expectations with how quickly and efficiently they have fixed my issue. The unit came with a 10 year warranty. And every time, they covered the cost including labor with a smile. Usually one expects when it is warranty work that some grumbling is involved about it not covering this part or that part, or freight or some of that nonsense. Or at least one expects to be treated a little slower than the "Cash" paying customer. Not with John, Scott and Angie, John was here the same day I called and busted his butt to get things fixed. It was 90 Degrees for 10 days straight and I am sure Cedar Falls was swamped with calls. But my "Warranty" call was still treated with importance. I appreciate that. I would recommend Cedar Falls to anyone needing a new system in a home. These guys are great. BTW, John was the same employee that helped install the system 10 years ago, so they have long term employees and that is certainly why they are so good to. Scott has put together a great team of people that carry his passion for Customer First.

Excellent service and customer support. They helped me limp the old furnace for as long as I wanted and then came and replaced it when I requested. Also had them replace the AC the following year. Everything was perfect and I see a nice reduction with my energy bills! I highly recommend this business! You will not be disappointed!

The Cedar Falls crew is amazing. They showed up on time, covered the floors they walked on, explained the new changes and went over all the how to’s of my new unit. When they left, you never even knew they were here. We have a big puppy that can be a little rambunctious, and the crew took time to pet her and say hello. I highly recommend them for any project!

Cedar Falls Heating install our furnace and A/C last year. They have been so great to work with, they say what they mean, do what they say and get the job done right!! We are continuing to use them for our other homes!!
