Cedar Falls Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was formed by Jerry Sinz. Jerry purchased the HVAC company from Bourasau Heating on October 31, 1967. After the purchase, Jerry moved the business to his residence in Cedar Falls and changed the name from Bourasau Heating to Cedar Falls Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Jerry ran the business out of his personal garage for many years.
In September of 1987, Rob came to work for his dad. In August of 1990, Scott joined the business as well.
In April of 1995, Jerry passed away after a battle with cancer. Following his passing, Rob and Scott took over the business in April 1995 and officially purchased the company in 1996. Today, Rob serves as President and Scott as Vice President.
In 2001, Rob and Scott decided to expand the business and built the current office and shop, which remains in the same location today. Over the years, they have hired an outstanding team to keep up with the needs of the Dunn County clientele. They are here to serve you—no matter what the weather is outside!
